
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Kyoto Dew Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
1/4 Cup Hot Water (heated to 175-180F but not boiling)
1 Cup Milk of Choice
Sweetener of Choice (sugar, honey, or liquid stevia)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Grass-Fed Ghee (optional but highly recommended)
Instructions:
Whisk the matcha and hot water together to form a matcha shot and set aside.
Heat the milk to just under a boil (or leave cold for an iced latte).
Add matcha shot, sweetener, and ghee to milk.
Blend together using a blender or electric handheld milk frother.
