
Ingredients:
1 tsp Kyoto Dew Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
1/4 Cup 175° Water
1 1/4 Cup Steamed Milk of Choice
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (more if desired)
1/2 Rounded Teaspoon Chai Spice Powder (we like Chai Town from Pinch Spice Market)
Whipped Cream
Instructions:
Make a matcha shot by whisking 1 teaspoon Kyoto Dew Matcha Powder with 1/4 cup hot water and pour into mug.
Whisk steamed milk, maple syrup, and chai spice powder and pour over matcha shot.
Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of the Chai Spice Powder.
