Refund Policy:
Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any food items, including our matcha products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly replace the damaged product or issue a refund as appropriate.
