There's something so beautifully refreshing about sipping on a Cold Brew Matcha. All you need is to whisk up a fresh matcha shot and pour it over iced water. If you're feeling extra fancy, feel free to use 6 oz of chilled sparkling water instead.
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Kyoto Dew Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
2 oz Hot Water
6 oz Cold Water
Ice
Optional Sweetener to Taste or a Fresh Lemon Wedge
Instructions:
Make a matcha shot by whisking matcha with the hot water and set aside.
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in 6 oz of cold water.
Top off with the matcha shot.
You now have a cold brewed matcha!
