Iced Matcha Latte with Cherry Blossom Cold Foam

  1. Make a matcha shot by whisking Kyoto Dew Matcha Powder with hot water and set aside.

  2. Make cold foam by using an electric handheld milk frother to mix 2 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons whipping cream, 1 tablespoon strawberry powder and 1 tablespoon cherry blossom syrup. Set aside.

  3. Add a generous scoop of ice to glass.

  4. Add 1/2 cup milk to glass.

  5. Add matcha shot.

  6. Pour cold foam over the top and enjoy.
