Iced Matcha Latte with Cherry Blossom Cold Foam

Instructions:

  1. Make cold foam by using an electric, handheld milk frother to mix 2 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons whipping cream, 1 tablespoon strawberry powder and 1 tablespoon cherry blossom syrup. Set aside.

  2. Add 1/2 cup milk to glass.

  3. Add a generous scoop of ice.

  4. Add matcha shot (whisked Kyoto Dew Matcha Powder with hot water).

  5. Pour cold foam over the top and enjoy.
